ice House

Ice House

For this modular (creator) building was that the ICE house (factory) is based for a creation to fit in the Sea front Village. I built this one on Lego Digital Designer (LDD). I really believe that this model could have a lot of genuine interest for fans of my Sea front Village sets.

The factory used a system of metal cans filled with water that were lowered into a tank filled with a calcium chloride brine solution.

The brine solution was cooled by coils within the tanks, which were filled with a liquid ammonia refrigerant.

After ice formed in the cans, they were placed in a thawing tank, after which the ice would separate from the cans and float to the top.

The ice was then crushed and delivered

Summary

The building consists of roughly 1150 parts and two floors: the office, factory. I used the colors dark brown and tan that gives it a realistic feeling. Five Mini-figures could be added such as office and factoryworkers. And a lot of details.

Dimensions:

22.0w x 38.2l x 33.0h studs

Harbor Master Office

Harbor Master Office

For this modular (creator) building was that the Harbormaster’s office is based for a creation to fit in the Sea front Village. I built this one on Lego Digital Designer (LDD). I really believe that this model could have a lot of genuine interest for fans of my Sea front Village sets.

Harbormaster’s are normally responsible for issuing local safety information sometimes known as Notice to Mariners.

They may also oversee the maintenance and provision of navigational aids within the port, co-ordinate responses to emergencies, inspect vessels and oversee pilotage services.

The harbormaster may have legal power to detain, caution or even arrest persons committing an offence within the port or tidal range of the port's responsibilities.

Actions that a harbormaster may investigate include criminal acts, immigration, customs and excise, maritime and river safety and environmental and pollution issues.

Summary

The building consists of roughly 1450 parts and two floors: the office, storage and dock. I used the colors dark and light brown and gray’s that gives it a realistic feeling. Two mini-figures could be added such as harbormaster and sailor. And a lot of details.
